NEGOTIATION

Gabriela Konevska-Trajkovska stated that the Constitution of EU will be one
of the priorities of the German presidency from 1st if January next year,
but that won’t affect on the tempo of the negotiations for EU membership,
because Brussels still expects all countries from the Balkan to become
members. According to him, the EU is determined to continue the necessary
reforms in order to be prepared for the next expansions, and that should
encourage Macedonia to finish its tasks – political, economical and social
reforms.
“It is important for Macedonia that there won’t be any freezing of the
negotiations and slowing down of the process, because the criteria won’t be
changing. Possibly there will be strengthening of the monitoring”,

A LAW FOR PROTECTION OF THE
PATIENTS
According to the minister of health, Imer Selmani, the patients are not
protected, whereto a law will be add with which their rights will be
guaranteed, and those who aren’t satisfied can turn in on the hotline. He
warned that the control in the public and in the private health will be
strengthened, with managers, who besides the qualified directors-doctors,
will manage with the hospitals. Everything will be controlled – from the
view of the hospital or the clinic to the hygiene, coffee treats, and the
work of the managing personnel. The service quality must increase and the
limited health denar must be spent rationally. The managers will control the
qualified directors through “tethered signatures”, and those who are not
qualified to accomplish that function, they don’t need to stake at all,
Selmani sends out. After the privatization the clinics and the hospitals
must give other services to the patients also. He held a meeting with the
representatives of the World Bank, at which constituted that we are late
with implementing of the reforms in the health.

of radio frequency for mobile telephony. This step by the Agency ensues
after the critics by the Government that is obstructing the election promise
because in deadline of 60 days from the forming will open a tender for third

for replacing of the Commission members and the Agency’s director with
argumentation that they didn’t succeed to insure an efficient competition on
the telecommunication market, and with that cheaper phone and Internet
