  THE PACIENTS ON “STRIKE” TOGETHER WITH THE CLINIC CENTER

The Ministry of health announced that is ready to continue the talks with the Union of the clinic centre, even trough according to them the strike of the employees which is in process, presents blackmail and it’s not method for solving the problems, but that only with talks and trough legal way the problems located in the collective agreement can be solved.
In their announcement the Ministry of health is reminding that the representatives of the Union met with the minister Vlado Dimov, but it’s not indicated if there was any agreement. From the Ministry of health was pointed out that there wasn’t any demand for talks extensions by the Union till now.
On the press conference the first clinic unionist, Angelce Sazdovski, cleared out that after the meeting cancellation with the Prime Minister Vlado Buckovski, with argumentation that the Government would not discuss under pressure, they sent a letter again with demand for negotiations to the Government and to the minister Dimov too.
 
     
  SALARY VIA COMPUTER

The most important reform in the pension fund starts: for 10th of October all companies every month, via computer have to check in the contribution for pension of the employees. If the company hasn’t got a code and if it doesn’t check in the contributions, from New Year it couldn’t give a salary from its account. Bosko Kitanosvki, director of PIOM, indicates that on that way they can calculate how this is one of the acquisitions which will stop the invasion of unpaying the contributions for pension and disablement insurance.
The employees will have close look if and how many the company is paying, and with this method an accurate number of employees in the country will be known.
The minister of labour and social politic, Stefco Jakimovski, finds out that now we will have information about every person individually, for every company - how many employees has, how many of these persons took salary and how many contributions have been paid for them.
 
     
  MOC DOESN’T ACCEPT ANY OTHER NAME EXEPT THE CONSTITUTIONAL ONE

In the monastery “St. Mother of God” in Kalishta a meeting of Assembly was held on which the Macedonian Church warned out the politics elites in the country that they will not accept any concessions about the name of Macedonia. Overwrought from the announcements about the possible change of the constitutional name Republic of Macedonia, the Archbishop church-national assembly came to a conclusion that in no other case MOC will agree to accept any other name except the constitutional one. The bishop Velicki Metodij stated that this conclusion has been made after the announcements by some politicians for the possible change of the country’s name.
For the dispute between SOC and MOC the bishop Velicki Metodija said that we shouldn’t expect from some other to solve our problems or to interfere in solving them. On the two-day meeting of the Assembly, a serious reorganization in the building strategy for unique politic in guiding the church diplomacy for solving of the current problems of MOC was ratified.
The assembly find out that for a long period there is a stoppage in the process of denationalization of MOC’s land and asked for their instant retrieving.
Also, the Assembly asked of the competent institutions to obtain the former minister of interior affairs, Ljube Boskovski and the former inspector of the police, Johan Tarculovski, in front of the Hague tribunal to defend their selves from outside.
 
     
  SEIZED RELICT ARCHEOLOGICAL ITEMS WERE PRESENTED

A part of the seized relict archeological items on burial carriage were presented in the Ministry of culture, which the police from Delcevo found them on 23rd of September after few months’ investigation.
The Macedonian archeologists confirmed that this is a unique find on these kinds of elements from ritual cortege carriage, decorated with bronze human and animal figures, deep seated in the wooden parts of the carriage.
The wild excavators have found them at the village Mogila, Delcevo. Those representative burial finds are relating with the princely tumuls (crypts made between VI and IV century BC in the Neolithic period or the early bronze age), from Novi Pazar, Atenica near Chachak and the remains of the carriage from the tomb Skopje’s Zdanec. From the ministry of culture are saying that with the archeological research of the tumul near Delcevo real possibilities exist for returning the chronology backwards.
Soon all seized items will be displayed as a part of the permanent archeological base in Shtip. Because of representative and relict finds, the ministry of department approved 800.000 denars to the Shtip museum to continue the researching in Mogila area.
 
     
 

NEW EXECUTIVES OF THE CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS IN SKOPJE

The Skopje’s mayor Trifun Kostovski dismissed the executors of the function directors in the city’s cultural institutions who previously were designated by the minister of culture and placed new ones.
Zlatko Stefkovski is designated for a new vice executive of the Cultural-informative centre. Bogdan Andrievski of the Child cultural centre - Karpos, Petar Gicarovski of Cultural centre - Koco Racin, Boris Momirovski of the Youth cultural centre, Anastas Petrov of the ZOO, Filip Petrovski of the bibliotheca “Braka Miladinovci”, Jovan Shurbanovski of the Skopje’s museum.
As the department of public relation announced to the Skopje’s mayor, a priority of the new vice executives will be adjustment of the legal normative in accordance with the law for decentralization, for making better functioning of the institutions in accordance with the new city’s competence.

 
     
  CVETANOVSKI: CRIMINAL ABUSE OF THE SEALS


The president of SONK, Dojcin Cvetanovski, considers that the letter in which SONK asked from SSM to move from the building of the Union, to give up the whole documentation, seals and stamps, has the same seal as the SONK’s original.
According to him, that guide to criminal and to previous abuse of the seals with one purpose- blocking the SONK’s accounts.
“The criminal has been made with the stamp on the letter and seal which are same as the original SONK’s ones. He clearly indicates that fake seal and signature have been made. Also, he discovers their purpose from few days ago, coming to means from the member fee of 37.000 membersvof our Union by the help of fake use of the seal”, said the president of SONK, Dojcin Cvetanovski, on the press conference.
 
     
  SIMON TRPCEVSKI WITH THE NEW YORK PHILHARMONIC SOCIETY


The pianist Simon Trpcevski on 11th of October will hold a concert in the Universal Hall together with the Macedonian Philharmonic Society.
Trpcevski will perform the concert no.3 by Rahmanjanov and Cajkovski with Sasha Nikolosvki as a conductor.
With the same program on 20th, 21st and 22nd October, Simon Trpcevski will perform with the New York philharmonic Society in Lincoln centre in Avory “Fisher Hall”.
Trpcevski devotes this concert to the day of the national uprising 11th of October. The most successful Macedonian pianist will have his performance in Great Britain and in Belgrade before the biggest one in New York.
 
     
  “SKRB I UTEHA” IN REZANOVCE - KUMANOVO

As a support to father Zlatko Davitkovski for the opening of the ethnological museum in the church “St. Jovan Opsecen“in the village Rezanovce-Kumanovo, the theatre “Skrb I uteha” on 8th of October 2005 will act as a guest with the parts from the plays “Bakni me Cernodrinski”, “Leb i igri”, “Upatstva za ludeenje”, “Denonosii”, “Olesni, razresi, prosti”, “Zajdisonce” and other texts by Tihomir Stojanovski, in managment by Vlade Dencov. In this church there is the richest ethnological collection of Macedonian national clothes, more than 500, over 120 aprons and 150 carpets. It is sad to say that there is no appropriate place for their presenting. PM BUCKOVSKI TO MEET CITIGROUP OFFICIALS

PM Vlado Buckovski is scheduled to meet representatives of financial magnate Citigroup Inc. on Thursday.
Company's experts will work on the country's preparations for the first emission of Euro-bonds.
Citigroup Inc. is today's pre-eminent financial services company, with some 200 million customer accounts in more than 100 countries.
On the margins of the British Labor Party Conference in Brighton, Macedonian Prime Minister Vlado Buckovski met Wednesday with his British counterpart Tony Blair.
"Meeting with PM Blair was exceptionally significant, taking into consideration that Great Britain is the current EU chair-country and leader in Europe", Buckovski said.

CONFERENCE ON PREPARING SOUTH EAST EUROPE FOR EU ACCESSION

In organisation of the Secretariat for European Affairs of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and Wilton Park from Great Britain a conference on Preparing South East Europe for EU Accession will be held Thursday and Friday at the Macedonian Parliament.
Macedonian Parliament Speaker Ljupco Jordanovski, Deputy PM Radmila Sekerinska, British Ambassador to Macedonia Robert Chatterton Dickson, high officials of the country and abroad, representatives of the political parties, experts, representatives of NGOs and research centres are to participate at the conference.

EMPLOYEES IN CLINIC CENTRE ON GENERAL STRIKE FOR HIGHER SALARIES

The employees in the clinic centre Thursday go on strike demanding 100 percent salary increase.
Only urgent cases and patients in the hospitals will be treated during the strike.
Trade Union of the clinic centre considers that the request of 100 percent salary increase is not extreme having in mind that this institution gives 60 to 70 percent of the total health services to the state, President Angel Sazdovski said.
The representatives of the Trade Union said that they are to meet PM Vlado Buckovski on October 3 and they will inform him on their demands.
