SUMMIT OF GROUP OF SEVEN MOST DEVELOPED COUNTRIES AND RUSSIA

The US and UK leaders have been setting out their vision of how to reach agreement on climate change as the G8 summit gets down to business.
US President George W Bush said it was time to "get beyond" focusing on Kyoto-style curbs on greenhouse gas emissions.
Instead, he called for clean technology and for fast growing economies like China and India to take a role.
Prime Minister Tony Blair wants a consensus on eco-friendly technology.
Along with climate issues, G8 leaders are due to discuss global trade.
Police earlier placed a security cordon around an eco-camp housing 1,000 protesters in Stirling, in a bid to prevent a fresh round of clashes.
Officers in riot gear cut off the campsite in the early hours of Thursday morning as a "security measure".
A series of demonstrations on Wednesday across Scotland resulted in more than 160 arrests.
More than 100 arrests were made near the town of Auchterarder after demonstrators left the agreed route of a march and attempted to penetrate the security cordon around the Gleneagles Hotel.
With more than 10,000 police deployed, the summit is at the centre of one of the biggest security operations in UK history.
For many protesters and observers, the G8 summit is a defining moment in current world politics, amid increased calls for the world's richest countries to act now to help the world's poorest.
Speaking on Wednesday evening, Chancellor Gordon Brown said it was vital to develop a new strategy to tackle global warming which had the support of countries such as China and India as well as the US.
"What I think will happen is that the World Bank will be asked to bring together not just America and Europe but the developing countries, particularly China and India," Brown said.
The G8 leaders will also discuss a range of foreign policy issues including Iraq and the Middle East peace process.

NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL TO ADDRESS KONDOVO, BREST ISSUES ON JULY 15
Macedonian President Branko Crvenkovski will schedule a National Security Council session on July 15, focusing on situations in villages Kondovo and Brest.
Crvenkovski expressed hope that competent institutions would resolve the Kondovo case until then, but if not, he would ask for a report on the methods for resolution of that situation.
According to the President, the general security situation was stabile and within normal limits.
"When I say this, I refer to the non-existence of threats or risks that would cause wider destabilization or jeopardizing of Macedonia's territorial integrity and sovereignty", he added.
Crvenkovski, however, stressed that the Kondovo situation should not be underestimated or tolerated. "Before all, because it occurs for the second time in the same place, with the same script and the same criminals. A serious state cannot allow this", he said.
Pertaining to the warning of the French Government to its citizens not to travel to certain parts of Macedonia, such as Tetovo and Gostivar, Crvenkovski emphasized that such recommendation was unnecessary, hoping that no other state would follow that example.
"We can absolutely confirm that all preconditions for the safety of all foreign citizens have been fulfilled", President Branko Crvenkovski stated.
