Unsatisfied farmers
The farmers damaged by the floods are revolted of the amount which they
receive as damage for the fields destructed in the June floods. They are
blaming the Ministry of agriculture for sharing the money on a friendly
base, but the differences in the amount are thousands denars. The maximum
amounts are secret, although the farmers told each other how much money they
received. There are farmers who received more than 50.000 denars, but same
of them are claiming that the amount is real because the floods damaged more
hectares of fertile soil. But, most of the farmers are revolted and they are
blaming that all of them didn’t received same percent and they didn’t
received money by the same criterion. From the other side, the Ministry of
agriculture says that the farmers are receiving seven percents of the
damage, which was shown on the questionnaires made by the farmers and the
units of the Ministry. |

Brain strokes are
increasing
In our state, the brain strokes are increasing in compare with the last
period. As the doctors from the Clinic of nerves diseases are saying the
number of the persons who have survived brain stroke is four times increased
from the last twelve years. In compare with the last years when annually
were hospitalized from 100 to 150 persons with brain stroke, now that number
is between 400-450 persons during the one year. These data are astonish,
when to this number will be add the number of the patients which were not
kept on the Clinic. Sixty percents of the strokes are appearing at persons
older than 60 years and forty percents at persons from 20 to 60 years. The
main reasons for this increase are the hearth diseases, high blood pressure,
diabetes, fats in the blood, as well as the stress and the fast way of
living. The main problem is that there are no centers in our country which
are going to provide treatment of these persons. |
