Со највисоки државни и воени почести претседателот Стево Пендаровски денеска го пречека неговиот германски колега Франк-Валтер Штајнмајер, кој престојува во официјална посета на земјава.
Двајцата претседатели ќе имаат тет-а-тет средба, а предвиден е и пленарен состанок на делегациите на Северна Македонија и Германија, по што најавена е нивна заедничка прес-конференција.
Предвидено е во црквата „Св. Спас“ во Скопје, Штајнмајер и Пендаровски да положат венци на гробот на Гоце Делчев.
Штајнмајер ќе се обрати и пред пратениците во македонскиот Парламент, а попладне во Владата да оствари средба и со премиерот Димитар Ковачевски.
Гераманскиот претседател беше пречекан на Меѓународниот аеродром Скопје од страна на вицепремиерот за европски прашања Бојан Маричиќ.
– Моја е честа да му посакам срдечно добредојде на претседателот на Сојузна Република Германија, Франк-Валтер Штајнмајер! Првата официјална посета на претседателот Штајнмајер, после само четири месеци од почетокот на пристапните преговори е јасен сигнал за позициите на Германија за интеграцијата на регионот во ЕУ и за континуираната поддршка која Северна Македонија ја има за пристапување во Унијата, објави Маричиќ на својата официјална страница на Фејсбук.
Тема на разговорите на Штајнмајер со македонскиот државен врв ќе биде регионот, унапредувањето на меѓусебната соработка и предизвиците со кои се соочува цела Европа.
Утре во Чифте амам, Штајнмајер ќе се сретне со екипата на филмот „Медена земја“, а во попладневните часови ќе ги посети Ветерниот парк во Богданци и германската компанија „Дрекселмајер“ во Кавадарци.
Ова е прва посета на Штајнмајер на земјава. Од земјава германскиот претседател каде ќе замине во посета на соседна Албанија.
