Пратеничката група на ВМРО-ДПМНЕ денеска во Собрание поднесе нов предлог закон за спорт, информираше пратеникот од оваа партија, Трајчо Димков.
Тој нагласи дека со Законот донесен од оваа Влада почнуваат да се гледаат негативните ефекти и има штетни последици за спортот во нашата држава. Со новиот закон се предлага враќање на претходните одредби што придонеле, како што потенцира, за револуција во спортот и изградиле систем што бил најпозитивно прифатен од сите спортски субјекти.
– Со претходниот закон само за три години преку даночното олеснување во македонскиот спорт влегоа 10 милиони евра, а преку Законот за игри на среќа се поддржаа преку 64 спортски федерации и стотици клубови и спортисти со дополнителни 7,5 мијлиони евра, изјави претеникот Димков и додаде дека со новиот закон сакаат да ги вратат повторно овие успешни политики.
Апелираше до парламентарното мнозинство да го поддржат новото законско решение со цел да се запре заканата за македонскиот спорт и да се земат предвид и предупредувањата од спортските федерации и Македонскиот олимписки комитет.
Според Димков, спортските федерации мора да бидат автономни и нивните статути прилагодени кон статутите на меѓународните спортски федерации, а не кон актуелниот Закон за спорт што е контрадикторен и далеку од она што во моментов се спортските федерации.
– Со постоечкото законско решение голем проблем имаат малите спортови кои не се толку атрактивни за спонзорирање, а со ваучерскиот систем се оставени со минорни средства за финансирање, рече пратеникот Димков.
Појасни дека со сегашниот закон предвидено е можност за инвестирање само за спортски субјекти кои имаат ваучер, а износот е лемитиран на 6 милиони евра вкупно за сите федерации, клубови и индивидуални спортисти.
Тој, меѓудругото, укажа дека дополнителен проблем претставуваат високи критериуми кои ги ставаат богатите клубови во прв план во однос на помалите клубови и федерации на кои им се потребни повеќе средства.
