На средбата одржана вчера, министерот за култура, директорот на Агенцијата за филм и претставници на филмските професионалци договорија неколку заеднички чекори.
Министерството за култура е подготвено, користејќи ги механизмите за пренамена на средства и ребаланс на буџетот, да изврши дополнувања на буџетот за филм за 2018 година, во висина доволна за финансирање на проектите што ги исполнуваат критериумите за квалитет, согласно оценките на релевантните комисии во Агенцијата за филм и согласно законските процедури.
Министерството за култура наведува дека во никој случај нема да ја загрози филмската дејност во 2018 година. Предлог – буџетот за 2018, за разлика од буџетите од претходните години што биле зголемувани со преземање на обврски над реалните можности, претставува основа за расчистување на оние преземени обврски, за кои ќе се утврди дека ги исполнуваат сите законски норми.
Министерството за култура и филмските професионалци се договорија, во периодот што претстои, а по извршените ревизии и евалуацијата на проектите од изминатиот период, како и анализата на актуелната состојба, да се организираат отворени стручни дебати, од кои како заклучок ќе произлезе буџетската ставка за филмска дејност, која ќе биде развојна и доволна да ги задоволи оптималните потреби на македонската кинематографија по европски стандарди.
Министерството за култура искажа подготвеност во текот на 2018-та година да поведе постапка за носење нов закон за аудиовизуелна дејност по европски терк, кој ќе биде изготвен во соработка и во корист на филмските професионалци, а ќе биде во функција на подобрување на условите за работа и зголемување на квалитетот на филмската уметност, како и дефинирање на изворите и моделите за финансирање на дејноста, стои во соопштението од Министерството за култура.
