Чистата препорака на Европската комисија е резултат на напорите на Владата, но и на соработката на опозицијата, истакна високата претставничка на ЕУ за надворешна политика и безбедност Федерика Могеринии денеска во обраќањето пред пратениците во македонското Собрание, која изрази задоволство што опозицијата се врати во законодавното тело.
– Вие ја споделувате обврската за иднината на своите граѓани. Владата има одговорност да и отвори простор на опозицијата за целокупна вклученост, а опозицијата има одговорност да се вклучи во целата оваа работа. Имате одговорност да ги идентификувате националните интереси и приоритети на вашата земја, имате колективна одговорност да соработувате во институциите за да постигнете резултати во националните приоритети, им порача Могерини на македонските пратеници.
Додаде дека Македонија се вратила на патот кон Европската унија и тоа е местото на кое земјата треба да се наоѓа.
– Кога ќе се сетам што се случуваше тука, во Собранието, пред една година и што се случува сега, можам да кажам дека поминавте долг пат. Добрите вести се дека се вративте на назад на патот, ја надминавте најлошата политичка и институционална криза, со која некогаш сте се соочиле. Ова е големо достигнување за сите во земјата и таа е, пред се, достигнување кое се постигна благодарение на Владата, Парламентот, различните политички партии, локалните власти, како и на одлучноста на секој граѓанин на оваа земја, рече Могерини.
Таа нагласи дека ова е само првиот чекор од еден долг пат каде ќе бидат потребни повеќе единство, повеќе заложби и повеќе работа, но и ќе биде препознаена и ќе претставува основа за напредок.
– Она што го завршивте во изминатата година беше навистино импресивно, што успеавте да го остварите заедно, особено за реформите. И очекувањата се високи дека овој начин на обедување на силите за некои национални приоритети може да продолжи и натаму во иднина. Ова е најсилниот знак на зрелост во еден демократски систем, рече Могерини.
Ги пофали досегашните реформи, усвојувањето на законите во важните области, но повтори оти сега е потребно земјата да се фокусира на нивната имплементација. Работата што не очекува Могерини метафорично ја спореди со видео-игра каде се поминуваат нивоа со нови задачи, а целта и вистинската награда во оваа игра која е, вели, се освен игра е подобрување на животот на граѓаните.
– Ова е суштината. Знам дека процесот на интеграција во ЕУ е исполнет со мниогу процедури, постапки и услови што треба да се исполнат, но на крај се сведува на трансформација на општетството и на стандардите кои вашите граѓани сакаат да ги видат како се исполнуваат во нивното секојдневно живеење. Се работи за европски стандарди, добар развој на економијата, трговијата, начинот на кој работат институциите, владење на правото, квалитетот на животот… Од безбедниост до можности за младите. Ова е она што е важно за сите граѓани, рече високата претставничка на ЕУ.
Следното ниво од видео-играта, додаде таа, е одржување и продолжување на реформите што одлично се одвиваат, но процесот треба да продолжи не само преку носење на законите туку, вели, и со нивно исполнување. Изразувајќи убедување дека ваквата работа ќе продолжи да носи резулати, таа укажа и на претстојните чекори посочувајќи на Советот на ЕУ во јуни каде ќе се носат одлуки.
Оцени дека е направен историски чекор напред со договорот со Бугарија со кој е разрешено едно билатерално прашање и изрази уверување дека и преговорите со Грција ќе доведат до решение за спорот за името, кое ќе ги задоволи двете страни и ќе биде основа за идната обединетост на европскиот континент .
– Секогаш избегнувам да зборувам за проширување, сакам да зборувам за реобединување. Имаме потенцијал да бидеме брзи во постапките, да бидеме успешни. Знам дека и вие верувате во тоа да се движиме брзо кон членството во ЕУ. Инвестирајте во вашето единство, во вашите демократски институции во талентот на граѓаните особено во младите луѓе и нивните аспирации и желби да се приклучат кон ЕУ Тоа е придобивка за вас но и за нас. Истото ќе биде препознаено од Брисел и од ЕУ. Време е да почнеме да трчаме заедно, да трчате еден со друг со вашите соседи и уверена сум дека така ќе стигнете далеку, порача високата претставничка на ЕУ за надворешни прашања и безбедносна политика Могерини.
