По заладените односите меѓу Скопје и Софија по инцидентот во Охрид, изјавите на европратеникот Ангел Џамбаски и повлекувањето на бугарскиот амбасадор од земјава, од ЕУ апел да се смират тензиите и двете влади да продолжат да комуницираат со „ладна глава“ и со спроведувањето на Договорот за добрососедство.
Извори од ЕУ посочуваат дека и покрај загрижувачките изјави од некои поединци, кои ги поткопуваат добрите односи меѓу двете земји и постигнатите добри резултати во однос на трговска размена, во интерес на Бугарија и Северна Македонија е одржување на добрососедските односи и она што е важно, намалување на тензиите, а двете влади да продолжат да разговараат, бидејќи Брисел не сака да увезува спорови. Според ЕУ, добрососедските односи се клучен дел од пристапните процеси и во тој контекст се очекува спроведување на билатералните договори, како Преспанскиот и на Договорот за добросоедство со Бугарија, во добра волја и од сите страни.
Во однос на изјавите на бугарскиот европратеник Ангел Џамбаски со кои изразуваше територијалните претензии кон земјава, вчера реагираше и евроамбасадорот Дејвид Гир, кој ги осуди ваквите ставови и ги оцени како неприфатливи. Гир потсети дека и Европскиот парламент и бугарското МНР се оградија од овие изјави и подвлече дека таквите тврдења не ја претставуваат и не можат да ја претставуваат ЕУ.
За завчерашните забелешки на Џамбаски упатени кон претседателот Стево Пендаровски, кои може да се протолкуваат како закана, амбасадорот Гир истакна дека тоа апсолутно не претставува ставот на ЕУ.
– Тоа не ги одразува вредностите на кои е основана ЕУ. Неприфатливо е јавна личност да дава вакви забелешки за кого било, а камоли за демократски избран шеф на држава на суверена земја, се вели во пишаната изјава од евроамбасадорот Гир.
Премиерот Димитар Ковачевски вчера изјави дека „во однос на случувањата кои ја окупираат јавноста по настанот во Охрид и реториката предизвикана од него“, може да каже дека во Северна Македонија не постои антибугарска омраза и хистерија како што некој сака да презентира.
– За последните инциденти и сите останати има одговорни лица, тоа се акти на поединци и не може цела држава и нација да се обвини за постапка на неколкумина поединци. Северна Македонија ги презема сите дејствија согласно Устав, закони и процедури во надлежните министрства и органи кои не се дел од Владата и продолжува да биде констурктивен партнер во регионот и во ЕУ, нагласи Ковачевски.
Тој истакна дека МВР презема активности за безбедно чествување на 4 февруари, роденденот на Гоце Делчев, кој што е карактеризиран како настан од висок ризик поради изјавите кои доаѓаат и од внатре и од надвор.
Најновиот развој на настаните во односите меѓу Скопје и Софија, беа меѓу темите на разговор на средбата во Брисел на вицепремиерот задолжен за европски прашања Бојан Маричиќ и еврокомесарот за проширување Оливер Вархеји, кои при тоа констатирале дека разликите мора да се решаваат врз европските вредности и на европски начин, со меѓусебно почитување и во духот на добрососедството.
Коментирајќи ја одлуката на Министерството за надворешни работи на Бугарија за повлекување на бугарскиот амбасадор од земјава, чефот на дипломатијата Бујар Османи, вчера од собраниската говорница, изрази жалење за последните активности од страна на официјална Софија и нагласувајќи ја потребата од деескалација на односите, со апел да се продолжи ладнокрвно и внимателно.
Османи, одговарајќи на пратеничко прашање, рече дека земјава покажала силен, демократски и институцинален капацитет и низ брза ефикасна постапка „го стави последниот инцидент низ правосудните процеси“, откривајќи и приведувајќи сторител на кривично дело против кого активно се водат истражни дејствија.
Претходно, за Радио Слободна Европа, Османи изјави дека МНР нема добиено официјална потврда дали повлекувањето на бугарскиот амбасадор е поради инцидентот во Охрид од минатитот четврток.
– Доколку повлекувањето на бугарскиот амбасадор е поврзано со инцидентот кој се случи во Охрид, тоа би го сметал за диспропорционална акција, бидејќи станува збор за индивидуален инцидент за кој државата ги презеде сите можни мерки, изјави Османи.
Во реакцијата на МНР на последните активности на официјална Софија се посочува дека тие не се во согласност со договорената практика за унапредување на меѓусебните односи и дека претставуваат потклекнување кон провокациите на оние кои сакаат да ги ги нарушат напорите на двете влади за стабилен и позитивен развој на односите меѓу двете земји.
Во периодот што следи, од МНР очекуваат смирување на страстите и отстранување на провокациите со цел повторно враќање на дипломатските активности, приоритетите кон заедничките проекти и работните групи.
Бугарскиот министер за надворешни работи Николај Милков завчера по седницата на Комисијата за надворешни работи на Собранието на Бугарија соопшти дека го повлекуваат амбасадорот Ангел Ангелов од Скопје, се додека Софија „не види знаци на промена“.
Милков вчера во изјава за БНТ рече дека Бугарија веќе ги презела сите мерки во врска со случајот „Пендиков“ во Охрид и за него ги информирал министрите за надворешни работи на земјите членки на ЕУ и Советот за надворешни работи во Брисел, а пишан меморандум за овие прашања е доставен до сите членки на Унијата. Тој најави дека Софија ќе користи и „други механизми“, меѓу кои и преку Советот на Европа и ОБСЕ.
Шефот на бугарската дипломатија смета дека за прославата на раѓањето на Гоце Делчев на 4 февруари, двете земји и пред се институциите на Северна Македонија „мора да останат смирени и да се воздржат од какви било провокации за да се обезбеди потребниот ред“, а секој кој сака, да отиде и да се поклони на наговиот гроб.
– Што се однесува до контранападот против Ангел Џамбаски и други наши политичари, мислам дека ова е дел од некој нов македонски наратив да се направи да се минимизираат нападот против Бугаринот, систематските напади врз бугарските клубови и заедница, кои ескалираат. Тоа започна со усвојување на репресивен закон таму, продолжи со подметнување пожар за што е добиена условна казна, по што следеше пукање, а сега и физички напад врз лице кое е припадник на бугарската заедница. Се обидуваат да ни наметнат споделена вина – од двете страни на границата има луди глави. Не може да има такви аналогии, рече Милков.
Во врска со последните случувања во односите со Бугарија, претседателот на опозициската ВМРО-ДПМНЕ, Христијан Мицкоски изјави дека предупредувале на ваквите случувања, како резултат на отстапките што ги направила нашата Влада. Другата страна, според него, влегува во т.н. конфликт, кој тој би го ставил на ниво на студена војна.
