Електронските медиуми и социјалните мрежи, чија популарност и користење, се зголемува од година в година, деновиве во земјава добиваат на уште една „ударност“ со почетокот на изборната кампања на политичките партии и коалициите за предвремените парламентарни избори на 15 јули. И покрај силните предупредувања за почитување на мерките за коронавирусот, учесниците на изборите најавуваат и директни средби со граѓаните, но во помал обем и со помал број луѓе, согласно мерките.
За претставување на кандидатите и партиските програми се користат и печатени материјали и билбордите на кои веќе осамнаа пораки за поддршка.
Се очекува како и претходните години, лидерите на партиите да бидат во медиумскиот фокус на кампањата, како и потпретседателите на партиите и носителите на листите, иако во своите средини очекувано е пред електоратот да се престават и кандидатите за пратеници. Различните таргетирани групи гласачи ќе се привлекуваат на социјалните мрежи (Фејсбук, Твитер, Инстаграм, Јутјуб, но и Пинтерест…), особено младите и неопределените. Популарноста на телевизиите не се намалува и покрај популарноста на онлајн медиумите, но тука се и радијата.
На парламентарните избори ќе учествуваат 15 коалиции и политички партии, од кои најголем дел веќе ги почнаа своите активности со промоција на програмите и теренски посети и средби со граѓани. Кампањата започна денеска и ќе трае до 12 јули на полноќ, кога ќе настапи тридневен молк, што се случува првпат од воведување на плуразлизмот во земјата. На 13 јули ќе гласаат болните од Ковид-19, и оние во карантин и самоизолација, но само оние што седум дена претходно ќе се пријават за тоа. Сите останати кои до денот на гласање ќе бидат потврдени како позитивни или ќе одат во самоизолација нема да имаат право на глас на 15 јули. На 14 јули ќе гласаат болните и изнемоштените, како и затворениците и лицата кои се во притвор. Предвремените избори за пратеници се на 15 јули, а гласањето почнува во 7 часот наутро и ќе биде два часа продолжено и завршува во 21:00 часот.
Ова се најспецифичните избори што досега се одржуваат во земјата од независноста до денес имајќи ја предвид ситуацијата со ширењето на Ковид-19. Поради ситуацијата со коронавирусот и вонредната состојбата изборите закажани на 12 април беа одложени и земјата е без Парламент од средината на февруари, а претходно беше формирана техничката Влада, која за многумина експерти е нефукционална.
Изборите, кои согласно партискиот договор, ќе се одржат сред лето, беа неизбежни и покрај ризикот дека би можело да дојде до зголемување на и онака високиот број на болни од Ковид-19. Политичарите се плашат дека поради тоа, но и поради разочараноста на граѓаните воопшто во политичките партии и нивното владеење би можело да има мала излезеност на гласачите. Сепак, Владата, ДИК и останатите засегнати уверуваат дека ќе се направат сите напори за заштита на граѓаните и изборната администрација, која брои околу 35.000 луѓе, а ќе биде дополнета со околу 500 здравствени работици кои со партиските претставници ќе треба да го спроведат гласањето меѓу болните од Ковид-19 и оние во самоизолација и тоа на 13 јули.
Овие избори се разликуваат од претходните по тоа што дијаспората нема да гласа, но право на глас ќе имаат сите кои до денот на изборите ќе наполнат 18 години, а ќе бидат внесени во Избирачкиот список.
Кампањи согласно мерките за Ковид-19, но не без средби со гласачите
И покрај можностите што ги нудат современите технологии, интернетот и телевизиите, најдобри резултати сепак дава комуникацијата лице в лице со граѓаните кои сакаат да ги видат и да ги чујат кандидатите за пратеници. Ниту партиите не сакаат да се откажат од ваквиот непосреден начин на комуникација со граѓаните, но од нивните табори нагласуваат дека тоа ќе биде согласно мерките за заштита од ширење на коронавирусот. И тоа со носење маски, одржување дистанца, главно на отворено и во бројка која е пропишана од здравствените власти. Единствено партијата „Твоја“, која е новоформирана најави дека кампања ќе води само на електронските медиуми и на социјалните мрежи, и нема да има директна комуникација со граѓани на терен.
СДСМ, која ја предводи коалицијата „Можеме“ од која дел се партиите Беса, ЛДП, ДОМ и други, најави дека нема да организира големи митинзи. Коалицијата секојдневно ќе има активности на терен, како и заеднички настап со коалицискиот партнер од албанскиот блок, а главна улога ќе играат и дигиталните алатки.
-Јас како шеф на изборниот штаб на СДСМ ве уверувам дека СДСМ ќе води 100 проценти безбедна кампања. Изборната кампања почнува на 24 јуни ќе трае до 12 јули на полноќ. Ги откажавме митинзите, големите собири и сите потенцијално ризични настани за здравјето на граѓаните, но ќе бидеме со вас преку медиумите, дигиталните алатки и сите можни алатки за комуникација, изјави неодамна генералниот секретар на СДСМ, Љупчо Николовски.
Кампањата на СДСМ и коалицијата ќе биде без митинзи, а големите собири и сите потенцијално ризични настани, ќе бидат заменети со нови алтернативни начини на кампања.
-До граѓаните ќе се обраќаме на два начини со онлајн дигитални активности и тоа: со видео и графички пораки преку социјални медиуми, пренос на видео конференции во живо преку интернет, гостувања во медиумите, спотови, веб банери. Другата група активности се офлајн и опфаќаат, билборди, печатени програми и летоци, информативно штандови, прес-конференции, како и средби со граѓаните со ограничен публика од 50 граѓани на отворен простор и 30 во затворен простор, обајсни потпретседателот на партијата Коста Петров на прес-конференција.
Коалицијата предводена од СДСМ ги повика сите учесници на парламентарните избори да ги прифатат протоколите за заштита на здравјето. Ја повика ВМРО-ДПМНЕ да престане со опасните предизборни активности, со организирање средби на кои не се почитуваат мерките и се загрозува здравјето на граѓаните. Од граѓаните побараа да бидат дел од решението со коронавирусот и дисциплинирано и одговорно да ги почитуваат мерките за заштита.
Лидерот на СДСМ Зоран Заев повеќе пати ги презентираше приоритетите на коалицијата што ја преводи неговата партија.
-Имаме јасна визија за тоа каде треба да биде нашата Република Северна Македонија во 2024 година и посветено работиме на тоа, водејќи се строго од националните и државни интереси. Понудите се јасни како никогаш порано. Од една страна е Коалицијата „Можеме“, предводена од СДСМ, која го исполнува генерацискиот сон за полноправно членство во НАТО и носи почеток на преговори со ЕУ. Коалиција за повисоки плати и пензии, економски раст, за рекордно ниска невработеност, јасна и проверена опција за слобода и демократија, истакна неодамна на прес-конференција Заев, гарантирајќи дека на 15 јули на фер, слободни, демократски и здравствено целосно безбедни избори, граѓаните ќе изберат светла иднина со СДСМ и Коалицијата „Можеме“ и нема да дозволат ВМРО-ДПМНЕ и Мицкоски да ги вратат во мрачното минато на режимот.
Коалицискиот партнер на СДСМ, БЕСА, според портпаролот Аријанит Хоџа ќе води позитивна кампања, со конкретна понуда што може да се реализира. Она што БЕСА го ветува пред гласачите е справување со здравствената и економската криза, зачувување на работните места и можности за нови инвестиции и отворање на нови работни места, развојна и рамноправна политика во целата земја, современо образование во согласност со стандардите на ЕУ и целосна реформа на судскиот систем.
-Како БЕСА имаме доволно опозициско искуство да знаеме точно како да се справиме со проблемите на граѓаните. Зад нас не стојат никакви хипотеки од минатото, што би не спречиле да ги исполниме барањата на граѓаните, вели Хоџа за МИА. Според него, во прилог на партијата е и тоа што БЕСА го има најмладиот тим во однос на другите политички партии. Просечната возраст на раководството на партијата е 33-34 години.
БЕСА е коалициски партнер на СДСМ, и има 14 свои кандидати за пратеници, од нив четири се жени. За време на кампањата тие ќе имаат 15 до 20 директни средби со граѓани дневно во четирите изборни единици, но согласно здравствените протоколи со најмногу триесетина лица. Тие би сакале да остварат директна комуникација со околу 100.000 луѓе. За комуникацијата со граѓаните партијата ќе ги користат исто така социјалните мрежи, како и досега.
БЕСА и СДСМ исто така ќе имаат и заеднички настапи, односно тоа ќе бидат поголеми настани секој ден за време на кампањата.
Демократската унија за интеграција (ДУИ) официјално кампањата ќе ја започне со промотивна конвенција на кандидатите за пратеници во Преспа, која ќе се одржи утре на отворено, додека кампањата ќе ја заврши во Охрид исто така со собир на отворено.
Артан Груби на прес-конференција пред неколку дена посочи дека причината за овој избор е ветувањето на ДУИ дека ќе биде гарант на Охридскиот, Преспанскиот и Договорот за добрососедство, бидејќи овие документи и процеси се темел на нашата заедничка држава и на нашата евроатлантска определба. Ова, според него, е и основната агенда на првиот премиер Албанец, целосна интеграција во ЕУ и потполна рамноправност во сите сфери: економија, правда, работни места, квалитет на живот и друго.
За време на сите собири и активности ДУИ максимално ќе ги почитува препораките за заштита на јавното здравје и апелира до сите нивни активисти за потполно почитување и заштита на мерките.
ВМРО-ДПМНЕ, која вчера во Битола ја промовираше партиската програма „Обнова на Македонија“, најави кампања сосема различна од досегашните со почитување на сите мерки за заштита од Ковид-19, но сепак партијата не отстапува од комуникација со граѓаните на терен.
-ВМРО-ДПМНЕ е партија од народот и никако не може да води кампања позади сметачките машини, позади екраните, туку ВМРО-ДПМНЕ ќе биде заедно со народот и во следните 25 дена и во оние дваесет денови кои ќе бидат дел од кампањата, така што очекувајте нѐ, тука сме со народот, колку може ќе бидеме заштитени, ќе ги почитуваме оние протоколи за заштита на здравјето на граѓаните, наведе Мицкоски.
Партијата за промоција на својата програма ќе ги користи сите современи дигитални алатки, а исто така и електронските медиуми.
Во програмата која што ја презентираа опозициската партија во фокусот се економијата, претприемништвото и поддршка на бизнисот.
-Целта е едноставна, повеќе пари за секого. Ние мораме преку реиндустријализација и константен економски развој да постигнеме стандарди базирани на вредности. На народот потребни му се пари, наместо демагогија, а на државата работа и резултати, наместо неспособност и порази, рече Мицкоски на промоцијата во Битола.
Проектот обнова на Македонија содржи 1000 проекти од сите области со кои ВМРО-ДПМНЕ ветува подобра иднина и стандард на граѓаните.
Сите партии, вклучувајќи ги и помалите вклучени во кампањата имаат свои веб страници и профили на Фејсбук, Твитер, Инстаграм, Јутјуб и други социјални мрежи во зависност од целните групи на кои им се обраќаат. И помалите партии најавуваат слични настапи и комуникација со граѓаните, со забелешка дека мора да се почитуваат мерките за заштита од Ковид -19.
Сосема различен пристап и настап во кампањата, без директен контакт и средби со граѓани и без печатен материјал, најавува партијата Твоја, која своите гласачи ќе ги бара само на Фејсбук, Твитер и Инстаграм, преку настапите во живо на нивниот Јутјуб канал, како и со настапи на телевизиите и преку радиостанците. Професорката Мирјана Најчевска за МИА вели дека тие се ориентирани само кон одредена таргетирана група граѓани на социјалните медиуми. Партијата беше формирана на почетокот на годинава и досега, вели таа, имаат прилично позитивно искуство бидејќи многумина го препознаваат нивниот начин на комуникација. Тоа, според неа, се претежно луѓе кои не ги интересирала политиката, се држеле настана и не сакале да улествуваат во работата на политичките партии или се неопределени.
-Ним им се потребни информации, осмислена програма, алтернативни решенија за долгорочните проблеми кои не се нудат, вели професорката Најческа.
Во периодот на изолација поради коронавирусот кога сите активности почнувајќи од образованието, работата, забавата се одвиваше онлајн на интернет, забележано е зголемување на следбениците на партијата и на оние кои ги следеле нивните активности на Јутјуб каналот. -Имаме видлив показател дека ако некои наши интернет разговори ги следеле над илјада луѓе, после овој период има до 3.000 кои не следеле, вели професорката додавајќи дека на некои нејзини постови имало и до 15.000 прегледи.Сепак, додава таа, не можеме да кажеме колку тоа ќе придонес за бројот на гласови на изборите.
Сите учесници на предвремените парламентарни избори се заложија тие да бидат фер и демократски и нагласија дека во нивните активности за презентирање на програмите ќе ги преземат сите потребни мерки за заштита во услови кога земјава се уште се соочува со епидемијата на Ковид-19.
