Државната комисија за спречување на корупција отвори два нови предметa по кој ќе постапува по допрен глас – случајот Матка и корупцијата во политиката која се однесува на вработување двајца правници во Агенцијата за аудио и аудиовизуелни медиумски услуги (АВМУ) за време на изборен процес.
Претседателката на ДКСК, Билјана Ивановска на денешната седница истакна дека за двата отворени предмета ќе бараат информации односно документи од општината Сарај односно од АВМУ. Во однос на случајот Матка одлучиле да постапуваат бидејќи, како што рече, институциите се прогласиле за ненадлежни.
Ивановска најави дека можно е да отворат предмет и за случајот со плажите во Струга.
На новинарско прашање до каде со 18 предмети за судир на интереси отворени на 18 јануари годинава, информира дека два предмета се затворени. Во првиот случај за вработувањето на ќерката на пратеничката Емилија Александрова во Фондот за иновации и технолоши развој добиле инфромација дека таа воопшто не конкурирала таму. Во вториот случај – за сопругата на поранешниот градоначалник на Берово, Звонко Пекевски, истакна дека добиле информации оти таа била ангажирана со договор на дело како наставник во основно училиште две години, по што по автоматизам и се трансформирал работниот однос во редовен работен однос.
За вработувањето на ќерката на претседателот на Парламентот, Талат Џафери во ЕЛЕМ, Ивановска истакна дека тие добиле информации од компанијата, но ги сметаат за недоволни. Појасни дека според стручноста, ќерката на Џафери има завршено Правен факултет, магистрирала со 10 и поседува правосуден испит, но дека не се знае по кој критериум била избрана на конкурсот за вработување, и нема информации за останатите кандидати кои се пријавиле на конкурсот.
Запрашана за тоа дали со распишаните тендери во Собранието за време на избори се крши Изборниот законик, таа нагласи дека се што е во рамки на редовно извршување на работите не се смета за прекршување.
Најави дека ДКСК планира да спроведе поопсежна анализа во однос на систематизацијата на вработувањата во јавните компании.
