Заврши наставата во Летниот камп по православна веронаука во Соборната црква Раѓање на Пресвета Богородица во Сиденхам.
Наставата започна на 26 декември минатата година а заврши на 13 февруари оваа година. Часовите во веронаука, кои ги предаваше протоерејот Мирко Пешовски со помош на неколку родители-асистенти, ги посетуваа 40 дечиња на возраст од пет до дванаесет години.
По повод завршувањето на кампот, на 16 февруари во Соборната Црква Раѓање на Пресвета Богородица се одржа пригодна свеченост.
Со благослов на надлежниот епархиски архиереј Митрополитот Преспанско-пелагониски и администратор Австралиско-новозелендски Господин Петар, прославата започна со вечерна богослужба, на која чиноначалствуваше архиерејскиот заменик игуменот Никодим (Солунчев) во сослужение со свештениците од Мелбурн.
Завршната свеченост и програма започна по богослужбата, на која младите водителки Наталија, Јована и Габриела, најпрвин се заблагодарија на владиката Дедо Петар за Неговиот Благослов, родителска љубов и грижа кон нив, и посебно за вредните награди кои тој секоја година им ги донесува од татковината Македонија. Беа поздравени сите присутни и посакано добредојде на ова свеченост.
Главниот дел, изведбата на програмата ја изведоа дечињата – ученици, претставувајќи се пред гостите со читање на текстови од материјалот научен на часовите по веронаука.
По завршување на програмата, архиерејскиот заменик игуменот Никодим, со избрани зборови се обрати кон учениците, родителите и сите присутни на прославата. Тој во своето обраќање меѓу другото рече…”Вечерва треба да сме посебно благодарни кон овие деца-ученици, бидејќи тие ни одржаа добра лекција, покажувајќи ни како треба да се љуби Нашиот Бог и со каква искреност и доверба да Му пристапуваме…“
Во своето обраќање игуменот Никодим го пренесе архипастирскиот Благослов и благопожелби на Високопресветениот Митрополит г. Петар до учениците, за уште поголеми успеси во изучувањето на нашата православна вера. На крајот, во името на Митрополитот г. Петар, игуменот Никодим на сите учесници – ученици на кампот им ги подели сертификатите и наградите и им го честита постигнатиот успех.
По завршувањето на свеченоста во црковната трпезарија беше послужена пригодна вечера.
