Katrougalos: We welcome Dendias’ statements on Prespa Agreement

Former Greek foreign minister and presently responsible for foreign affairs in the parliamentary committee of main opposition SYRIZA, Georgios Katrougalos welcomed Tuesday’s comments by Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias from Skopje and underlined that should be heard by New Democracy members who refuse to use the new name of the neighbouring country, MIA’s Athens correspondent reports.

“We welcome the statements by the foreign minister that the Prespa Agreement must be fully and consistently implemented. The statements should be also heard by any New Democracy members who used demagoguery about betrayal and who even now refuse to name the neighbouring country with its conventional/constitutional name,” Katrougalos said.
