Во Собранието на Република Македобија утрово беше отворена дводневна регионална конференција за дијалог на високо ниво за политичкото учество на младите и младинските политики со пратениците од Западен Балкан.
Учествуваат пратеници од Европскиот и од парламентите на Западен Балкан и претставници на младинскиот сектор од земјите во регионот. Конференцијата, насловена „Премостување на празнината“, ја отвори претседателот на Собранието Талат Џафери, кој истакна дека целта е да се разменат позитивни искуства за тоа како младите да бидат вклучени во работата на парламентите, полесно да ги артикулираат своите интереси и како заедно да креираат и реализираат поквалитетни младински политики.
– Позната ни е изреката: „Светот останува на младите“, меѓутоа се поставува прашањето колку ние постарите сме подготвени да воспоставиме вистински дијалог со младите, колку ние ги разбираме нивните интереси и потреби. Во социологијата тоа се дефинира како гемнерациски јаз кој отсекогаш постоел и е присутен во речиси сите општества. Затоа, колку е длабок тој јаз помеѓу генерациите во една држава и како да се премости, зависи од демократскиот развој и од подготвеноста на политичките елити за дијалог, но и од вистинското почитување на човековите права и слободи, рече Џафери.
Нагласи дека вработувањето и образованието се клучни прашања, но важни за младите од регионот се и мобилноста и нивната соработка за да се надминат некои историски предрасуди и стереотипи кои, како што рече, можеби се позакоравени кај постарите генерации.
За овие предизвици тој очекува конструктивни идеи и решенија кои ќе произлезат од конференцијата. Соопшти дека следејќи ги искуствата од ЕП и од парламентите на некои западноевропски земји, во Собранието на РМ пред една година се формираше Клуб за младински прашања и политики – неформално тело во кое членуваат помлади пратеници од сите парламентарни партии. Рече дека Клубот е силна лоби-група за артикулирање на интересите на младите и веќе има резултати – формирана е работна група која интензивно работи на подготовка на закон за млади кој во собраниска процедура се очекува да влезе до крајот на годинава.
Во оваа пригода претседателот на Собранието го спомна претстојниот референдум, посочувајќи дека евроинтеграцијата е важна за иднината на младите. Убеден е, рече, дека младите, без оглед на припадноста, масовно ќе се изјаснат за поддршка и, како што рече, за стратешката определба за целосно интегрирање во НАТО и ЕУ.
На конференцијата денеска ќе има неколку работилници со панел- дискусии: „Учеството на младите во политиката“; „Вработеност кај младите, раст и одлив на мозоци“; „Помирување и наследство од минатото“; „Лажни вести и дезинформации“. Конференцијата ќе продолжи утре и ќе заврши со заклучоци „Што понатаму?“.
