Кога се пишува за организираното дејствување во демократска Австралија, треба да се каже дека тоа го опфаќа мнозинството македонски иселеници кои како птици преселници свиле ново гнездо .Важна компонента на ваквото организирање е тоа што тие се сплотени во самостојни асоцијации, пред се’ цркви и црковни општини, во кои членуваат Македонци, без оглед од кој дел на Македонија потекнуваат. Притоа, верско-националните објекти иселеничките организации и нивното членство постојано се зголемуваат, а нивната активност се проширува и квалитетно се подобрува. Таков е случајот во Нов Јужен Велс
Македонските православни цркви во провинцијата Нов Јужен Велс се најзначајните и најмасовните собиралишта на Македонците од сите делови на Македонија. Во тие македонски храмови, покрај богослужбата, слободно се слуша македонскиот збор, мајчиниот јазик донесен од стариот крај. Притоа, македонските православни цркви опстојуваат во демократска Австралија како несоборлива вистина, како важен фактор во иселеничките средини. Црквите постојат како траен белег, признати се од домашниот фактор и без никакви пречки дејствуваат во средината во која живеат и работат Македонци. Меѓу нив се следните македонски православни цркви
II. НОВ ЈУЖЕН ВЕЛС
1.Св. Кирил и Методиј во Сиднеј.
Активностите за организирање на Македонците во Сиднеј започнале во 1946 година со формирањето на огранокот на МАНС под име “Весела Македонија”. Група Македонци развиле широки активности во национално и културно живеење, организирајќи вечеринки, пикници и сл. Тоа резултираше да започне формирањето на Македонската православна црковна општина Св. Кирил и Методиј. Управниот одбор на Општината со помош на тогашниот свештеник Методи Гогов купил една методистичка црква во населбата Розбери.
Објектот бил преуреден во православен духовно-национален дом и адаптиран за вршење богослужби, венчавки, крштевки и други црковни обреди кои за македонските доселеници во Сиднеј значеле пресвртница во нивниот црковен живот. Црквата била осветена на 30 август 1970 година, а чинот на осветувањето го извршил митрополитот Кирил. Новоадаптираната црква служела како македонски храм цели 6 години, но бидејќи била мала по простор и не можела да ги задоволи потребите на македонските верници, во 1976 година се пристапи кон изградба на нова црква на истото место.
Темелите биле осветени од митрополитот Кирил, а потоа се отпочнало со акција за собирање средства за црквата. Изградбата на црквата била завршена во 1977 година кога на 16 октомври била свечено отворена. Осветувањето го извршил тогашниот поглавар на МПЦ, неговото блаженство г-дин г-дин Доситеј пред повеќе илјади посетители. Оваа црква има два престола, два олтара: еден посветен на Св. Кирил и Методиј, а вториот на Св. Ѓорѓи, кој бил осветен од архиерејот г-дин Тимотеј за време на Божиќните празници во 1989 година. Црквата има мала сала, помошни простории, канцеларии и библиотека.
Во неа е формирано познатото: Македонското фолклорно друштво “Даме Груев”, КУД “Илинден”, КУД “Македонка”, Фудбалскиот клуб “Македонски орел”, Неделното училиште, женската и други секции кои играат важна улога во севкупното живеење во општината.
Св. Петка во Рогдел – Сиднеј
2. Св. Петка во Рогдел – Сиднеј.
Почетните активности за изградба на оваа црква започнале во 1977 година со формирањето на Иницијативниот одбор. Поголемиот број активисти на Одборот биле членови на КУД “Илинден”. Тие купиле една стара куќа која била урната и на нејзино место е изградена денешната црква “Св. Петка”. Црквата била осветена од поглаварот на МПЦ Доситеј и митрополитот Кирил на 19 февруари 1978 година. До црквата “Св. Петка” е изграден Македонскиот културен центар “Илинден” кој заедно со храмот претставува значаен простор за Македонците од Сиднеј. Центарот бил доизграден и осветен на 8 јануари 1989 година.
Ова црковна општина е една од најголемите и најзначајните во Австралија во која се одвиваат голем број активности на сите полиња. Во состав на црквата работи Културниот центар “Илинден”, кој беше отворен на 8 јануари 1989 година. Потоа се печатело гласилото “Македонски весник”, а се емитува и радио-час на македонски јазик. Исто така, во црквата се активни женската секција, црковниот хор, како и детската градинка која е единствена детска установа надвор од Македонија.
3. Св. Никола во Кабрамата – Сиднеј.
Во реонот Кабрамата, дел од Сиднеј е изградена третата МПЦ што го носи името “Св. Никола”. Иницијатива за изградба на оваа црква покренаа активистите од МПЦ “Св.Кирил и Методиј”, кои, поради оддалеченоста на црквата решиле да изградат уште еден храм. Поточно, на 3 февруари 1980 година е формиран одбор кој спровел широки активности за изградба на новата црква.
Така во мај 1983 година отпочнала изградбата на Црквата “Св. Никола” која на 8 февруари 1987 година било извршено осветување на храмот. Црквата е од тврд материјал, има храм и голема сала, а во неа се активни: женската секција, историската група, фудбалската и други секции.
Во Сиднеј со успех работи Литературното друштво “Григор Прличев”. Тоа е формирано во 1978 година од група активисти со цел да се промовира и афирмира македонскиот јазик, историјата и културата на петтиот континент. Веднаш потоа членовите основаа и библиотека со околу 2500 илјади книги која го носи името на литературниот деец Григор Прличев. Во Друштвото има околу 200 членови кои досега имаат издадено 15 книги (поезија, проза и драма) и еден зборник во кој се застапени 35 поети – печалбари. Ова друштво е организатор на “Денови на македонската култура”.
Литературното друштво “Григор Прличев” има добри односи со Катедрата за македонски јазик на Универзитетот Маквори во Сиднеј која е основана во 1984 година.
Во Сиднеј постои Македонски просветно-училишен одбор за Нов Јужен Велс. Овој одбор е образовна институција надвор од Република Македонија која ги собира наставниците и други претставници од голем број македонски асоцијации од Сиднеј.
Во повеќе градови на Австралија се одржуваат македонски фолклорни фестивали на новокомпонирани песни.
Во Сиднеј е формирано македонско пензионерско друштво кое го носи името “Методија Андонов – Ченто”. Тоа е формирано на 20 март 1990 година од членови кои црквуваат во “Св. Недела” во Кабрамата.
Во Илавара, пак, постои македонски театар што го носи името на нејзиниот режисер и основач Благоја Нешковски, млад талентиран уметник што прерано го заврши својот живот. Исто така, во Илавара е формиран Македонски добротворен центар. Тој е продолжение на Македонското добротворно здружение кое било формирано во 1983 година. Потоа постои КУД “Охридски бисери” од Беркли, КУД “11 Октомври” – двете од Илавара, КУД “Вардар” од Грингила, како и КУД “Вардар” од Бенгстаун.
