  CONCERT OF EUROPEAN MUSIC IN ARMY HALL

Concert of European Music will be held by artists from Macedonia, France, Germany and Italy in the Army Hall on Thursday evening.
Symphonic orchestra "Macedonian Music and Entertainment", choir "St. Kliment Ohridski", soloists Neven Siljanovski-bass, Dejan Stoev-tenor, Alexander Knopn-baritone from Germany, and Ornela Pratesi-soprano from Italy will perform at the concert, under the baton of Olivier Dejur from France.
The first cantata of Bach's "Christmas Oratorio" and the first part of piece "The Childhood of Christ" by Berlioz are on the program.
The concert is held on the 15th anniversary from Macedonia's recognition by 11 European countries, organized by the embassies of France and Italy, along with the French Cultural Center and Goethe Institute in Macedonia.

  PM GRUEVSKI AT EPP SUMMIT IN BRUSSELS

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski takes part Thursday at a Summit of the European People's Party (EPP), held in Brussels ahead of the EU Council meetings.
The Summit will be attended by President of France Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Prime Ministers of Italy, Silvio Berlusconi, the Netherlands - Jan-Peter Balkenende, Luxembourg - Jean-Claude Juncker, Belgium - Yves Leterme, Poland - Donald Tusk, as well as by the President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, and the President of the European Parliament, Hans-Gert Poettering, the Government said in a press release.
Furthermore, the President of Romania Traian Basescu, Croatian Premier Ivo Sanader and other high-ranking EPP members will be also in attendance.
PM Gruevski will use his participation at the Summit to present Macedonia's reform progress and the measures taken by the Government to improve the living standards, to accelerate the EU integration and the visa liberalisation process, reads the press release.
