  PARLIAMENT TO DEBATE DRAFT-LAW
ON SPECIAL RIGHTS OF SECURITY FORCES


Parliament will resume Thursday the debate on the draft-law on special rights of security forces and family members.
Afterwards, MPs are scheduled to discuss the amendments to the Law on Fund for Deposit Insurance, amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, and draft-Law on 2009 Budget Execution.

THEATRE "SKRB I UTEHA"
MARKS 20TH RESTORATION ANNIVERSARY


Cultural center "Skrb i Uteha-Tiha" marks Thursday evening in city library "Miladinov Brothers" the 20th anniversary from restoration of theatre "Skrb i Uteha", which original founder was great author Vojdan Cernodrinski.
The jubilee will be observed with Skopje premiere of performance "Cernodrinski Express" by Tihomir Stojanovski, directed by Jordan Vitanov, co-produced by "Skrb i Uteha" and Veles theatre "Jordan Hadzi Konstantinov-Dzinot".
The second part of the jubilee program includes premiere of documentary "With God in the Heart", written and directed by Tihomir Stojanovski, produced by DION.
Macedonian drama author and director Vojdan Cernodrinski titled his travelling theatre "Skrb i Uteha" in 1901. The namesake institution was restored in 1988.   OHRID HOSTS REGIONAL ECONOMIC FORUM OF SEE HEADS OF STATE

Ohrid hosts Thursday and Friday the fifth Regional Economic Forum of Southeast Europe Heads of State 2008 (REF SEE), held under the auspices of Macedonian President Branko Crvenkovski.
Presidents of Croatia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, and Albania, Stipe Mesic, Filip Vujanovic, Georgi Purvanov and Bamir Topi respectively, member of the Bosnia&Herzegovina Presidency Nebojsa Radmanovic, government officials, representatives of leading companies, banks, business associations, academic communities and media houses from regional states have confirmed their participation at the forum.
REF SEE 2008 will include three separate roundtables on topic "Effect of Credit Crisis on Finances and Economies of SEE Countries", "Regional Infrastructure (Construction, Road and Telecommunications)", and "Energy Markets of SEE Countries". Moreover, the Competitiveness Report of SEE countries will also be presented.
REF SEE aims at facilitating the participant-countries Euro-integration process from a macroeconomic and political aspect, but also at creating an ambiance for establishment of cooperation among regional businessmen and increase of regional exchange from a microeconomic point of view.
The previous forums were held in Croatian resort Cavtat (2003, 2004), Milocer, Montenegro (2007), and Dubrovnik, Croatia (2007).
