THE PARTIES HAVE ANNOUNCED THEIR LISTS

The parties’ lists for upcoming representatives were made last weekend. Unlike from VMRO-DPMNE, which announcement of the lists passed quietly, at SDSM was inclement, there were reactions for days. Neither one of the bigger parties, nor the smaller didn’t offer any surprise, refreshment of the staff on the lists. Buchkovski, Penov, Popovski, Shekerinska, Mitreva and Makraduli are the top of SDSM- lists, peoples that were on main positions in the government for the past four years. At the opposition block the situation is almost identical. The leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Gruevski, Slavevski, Gjorchev, Boneva, Georgievski and Miloshevski, are well known men to the citizens. The situations with VMRO-NP of Georgievski and the New social-democratic party of Tito Petkovski are the same. VMRO-NP announced the first five candidates for representatives’ elections in the sixth election posts for the upcoming parliament elections. Georgievski at the top of the list put almost whole composition that was in the Government that he led , but with whom he lost the 2002 elections. Petkovski is coming forward with the people who didn’t make it to involve in the government for the past four years of SDSM’s ruling, and DOM of Popovska announced the name Ljupco Nikilovski Fufo, who is bearer in the second election post. The Democratic union for integration and the Democratic league of the Bosnians have singed an Agreement for coalition. They will attend together at the upcoming parliament elections. The Democratic league of the Bosnians in the last moment infiltrated in the rows of Ahmeti. The Party, incognito left the negotiations with the coalition “For Macedonia together”. The most outrageous battle of the upcoming parliament elections will be led in the first, Skopje’s election post where upon the parties proposed their favorites, the parties’ candidates’ lists are pointing out. There as bearers of the lists, the leaders of the ruling coalition and the united oppositions Vlado Buckovski and Nikola Gruevski will crash, but the duels will not be weaker and in the other five elections posts – in the sixth, where the leaders of DUI and of DPA Ali Ahmeti and Arben Djzaferi will meet with the “double” the leader of LDP Risto Penov and the vice president of VMRO-DPMNE Trajko Slavevski, in the third the battle will be between Radmila Shekerinska from SDSM and Silvana Boneva from VMRO-DPMNE.

  MANIPULATING WITH BOSHKOVSKI AND TARCHULOVSKI

During the visit of Hague, the minister for foreign affairs, Ilinka Mitreva planed to visit the former minister of interior affairs, Ljube Boshkovski and Johan Tarchulovski in the Scheveningen’s jail, but, still before her leaving, Tarchulosvki refused meeting with her. According to sources of MFA, Mitreva was supposed to message Boshkovski that the Government is ready to finance his defense in front of the Hague’s tribunal , according to VMRO-DPMNE, the Mitreva’s visit is one more proof that the country rhetorically and verbally is helping to Boshkovski and to Tarchulovski.

  REGIONALIZATION, BUT NOT CANTONIZATION

Domestic experts for international law, euro integrations, local self-government and politicians have an opinion that in Macedonia in the next years, regional municipal unions will be formed which will substitute the concept for eventual future cantonal or federal regulation. According to them the regionalization has very good sides, that the regions will not have political power, but still some of them evaluates that in the future that can be changed.
