The interest rates for the loans are increased by the Banks from our state, which are approved for the citizens and the companies. In average the interest rates will be increased for two percents. This step of the Banks was expected because the National Bank of Macedonia has several times increased the interest rates of the treasury bills during the last year, so most banks are following its example and, starting from January, they must correct theirs interest rates.

"We owe to the Macedonian minority in Albania the support for the purpose of better organization, along with the establishment of a political party, which would work for the interests of Macedonians", Buckovski stated, adding that he had arranged a meeting with representatives of the Macedonian Association in Albania in Skopje in February.
In regard to the use of Macedonia's constitutional name by Albania, Buckovski said, "We will abide by the factual situation, and according to my estimation, we do not have any problems with Albania regarding the use of Macedonia's constitutional name".
Furthermore, Buckovski stressed that the problems in relation to the border delineation with Serbia-Montenegro, in the part of Kosovo, were almost fully overcome, adding "the largest problem - recognition of the administrative border - has been overcome, and the expertise show that 99,9 percent of the border is not disputable".
