Ante Mladunik, one of the lawyers of the ex Minister of external affairs,
Ljube Boskovski , said that there is no reason for ordering measure for
temporary arrest of Boskovski and he added that the ex minister has escaped
in Croatia because he is expecting fair trial.
“We are preparing for this case since May, this year and there is no reason
to beleave that Boskovski will escape from Croatia”, said lawyer Mladunik.
The request of the lawyers is this case, instead in Pula, to be lead in the
capital of Croatia, Zagreb. They have lodged a complaint about not
translated documentations received from Macedonia as well as about
announcement of secrecy of the procedure given by the investigative judge,
Ivica Stanic.
“This is political procedure so the contribution in its defense and in its
legislative will be by the public, as a corrective. Without the public, in
this kind of procedures is very hard so without the public the defense is

and only. We don't have another fatherland. Not only that, but thousands
Macedonians are displaced throughout the world. That is why we must guard,
build and fight for our country", Gligorov said.
